On our green camping site in the lee of the Drentse woods, we have set up several Birch Studios. They have the atmosphere of a luxurious hotel room: spacious, with comfortable boxsprings and many other facilities. You can book a birch studio as a regular room or as a birch studio de luxe.
Looking for a hotel in the middle of the Dutch forest?
We will come back to the facilities of the Birch Studios in a moment. First, we would like to take a closer look at the location of these special hotel rooms. Did you know that Camping de Berken is centrally located in the UNESCO Geopark de Hondsrug? This means that you step straight into a nature reserve as soon as you step out of the door of your studio in the morning.
Not only does this make Camping de Berken an ideal base for countless activities in the surrounding nature - thinkwalking and cycling, golfing, horse riding or mountain biking - but you'll also enjoy the best view that a hotel room can offer. The birch studios are located in a quiet part of our campsite (without playgrounds), so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of our own campsite in peace and quiet.

You can enjoy this, for example, from the spacious veranda in front of your Birch Studio. Of course with a comfortable outdoor set, adjoining kitchenette (including cooker and refrigerator) and retractable sunshade. And we haven't even mentioned the shower, toilet, washbasin, sofa and electric heating yet. In short: everything is present to make your stay enjoyable, both inside and outside.
