In the Netherlands, unfortunately, there is a chance that the weather will be a little less than ideal when you are camping. At Camping de Berken this is not a problem at all. We have a campsite with an indoor playground where the children can play while it rains outside. So at our campsite you will have a great time in both good and bad weather.
In the indoor playground of our family campsite in Drenthe, young children can have a great time. Playing fun is paramount and there are various opportunities for climbing and clambering. For example, there is a slide and a large spider web for children to have fun in.

Camping with indoor playground
Our indoor playground is called Berkabouter and is an indoor playground. Here your children can play outside when the weather is bad. Both indoors and outdoors they can play table tennis with bats and balls they have brought themselves. You can also buy them in our kiosk. At our campsite with indoor playground there is a climbing and sliding facility. Most of the children love it.
If your children are afraid of heights, they can drop down through the spiderweb or peek into the craft room. In the craft room, the children make the most fun things together with the recreation team. Especially for the creative children, the craft attic is the ideal place. Here the children can let their imagination run wild and make fun things for their parents, such as a beautiful coloring sheet. During the May and summer vacations, the recreation team regularly organizes craft activities.

Really a campsite to go to with children!
Really a campsite to go to with children from 0 to 10 years. Lots of playgrounds, a clear campsite, the kids can ride their bikes around without any problems. fun short activities and good service. Car pool for toddlers, family shower, 7pm still open store for ice cream etc.

Nice campsite, we were there for the 5th time!
It's clean, kid-rich and challenging here. Beautiful surroundings, close to wonderful recreation areas and a very committed leadership!
